The Rabbis of the Mishna -47 - 218 ce

Until the Mishna period the Rabbis being extremely holy did not forget the Torah that Moshe(Moses) had taught them.It was passed down from generation to generation oraly.

During the period of the destruction of the Temple the Torah began to be forgotten and the Rabbis wrote down certain concise notes for themselves and their pupils.Three generations after the destruction of the Temple there were many doubts to the final law. Rebbi then descided to write the oral law in what is now called the Mishna.

The Rabbis of the Mishna prepared the way of the whole period of the exile that came afterwards.
